简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途： 本项目主要是通过公开采购的方式选择一家合格的供应商为采购人提供视频维护服务。主要工作内容包括：对视频监控小修一期、二期、视频提升项目一期、二期、三期、视频集成一期、二期、三期、2022-2024技防布点、合新公司监控、2023智慧城运项目、城运中心机房设备及原有视频进行维护并提供备品备件服务。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: This project primarily involves selecting a qualified supplier through public procurement to provide video maintenance services for the purchaser. Key tasks include: maintenance of video surveillance minor repairs (Phase I and II), video enhancement projects (Phase I, II, and III), video integration (Phase I, II, and III), technical security point deployment (2022-2024), monitoring for Hexion Company, the 2023 Smart Urban Operations Project, equipment in the Urban Operations Center server room, and existing video systems, along with spare parts and accessories services. (For details, refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document.)
合同履约期限： 2026年08月07日起至2027年07月31日。

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
