Tender Announcement for Upgrading Planning Scheme Detailed Design Consulting for Shanghai Wild Animal Park

上海野生动物园发展有限责任公司特授权上海国际招标有限公司作为本次上海野生动物园提升策划方案深化设计咨询项目的招标代理机构，采取公开招标的方式，为上海野生动物园提升策划方案深化设计咨询项目择优遴选一家咨询机构，完成本《招标文件》第五部分《设计任务书》所述服务内容。

Shanghai Wild Animal Park Development Co., LTD hereby authorizes Shanghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. as the tendering agency for Upgrading Planning Scheme Detailed Design Consulting for Shanghai Wild Animal Park. Through an open tendering process, it will select an outstanding consulting firm to complete the service contents described in Section 5 of this "RFP", namely the "Design Brief".

本次采购预算及限价：人民币130万元（含税）

Purchase Price and Payment: RMB 1.3 million (tax-included)

本项目的合格投标人的资格要求为：（1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力，本项目不接受自然人投标；（2）须在其所在国家或地区合法注册，且具有相应设计咨询能力；（3）本项目不接受联合体投标。

The eligibility requirements for qualified proposers of this project: (1) The proposer must have the capacity to independently bear civil liability. Natural persons are not accepted for this project. (2) The proposer must be legally registered in its country or region and possess the corresponding design consulting capabilities. (3) Joint proposers are not accepted for this project.

有意参加本次投标的潜在投标人，请于2026年7月7日16:00（北京时间，下同）至2026年7月12日16:00截止，在上海国际招标有限公司网站（）在线获取招标文件。招标文件每套售价500元（人民币伍佰元整），售后不退。

Prospective proposers, please obtain the RFP online through the Shanghai International Tendering Co., Ltd. website () from 16:00 (Beijing Time, the same hereinafter) on July 7, 2026, until the deadline of 16:00 on July 12, 2026. The RFP are priced at RMB 500 per set, non-refundable after purchase.

潜在投标人首次使用该网站需进行免费注册。已注册的潜在投标人可在登录网站后通过快捷入口“项目公告”-“立即参与”-“提交资料”-“支付费用”-“下载文件”获取招标文件。

Prospective proposers must register on the website for free before using it for the first time. Registered prospective proposers can log in to the website and obtain the RFP through the quick access path: "Project Announcement" - "Participate Now" - "Submit Materials" - "Pay Fee" - "Download Documents".

投标文件提交的截止时间为2026年7月28日10:30。投标人须在上述提交截止时间前，将5份纸质版投标文件和1份存有投标文件电子版的U盘提交至中国上海市延安西路358号美丽园大厦1203会议室。上海国际招标有限公司将拒收任何在截止时间之后提交的投标文件，并于上述提交截止时间和地点组织开标。

The deadline for submitting the proposal is 10:30 on July 28th, 2026. The proposers shall submit 5 hard copies of the proposals and 1 USB flash drive containing the electronic version of the proposals to Conference Room 1203, 12F, Mei Li Yuan Mansion 358 Yan An Road (W), Shanghai, China before the aforementioned submission deadline. SITC will reject any late Proposals, and will organize the bid opening at the aforementioned submission deadline and location.
