项目概况
上海老港再生能源利用中心二期是全球单体规模最大的生活垃圾焚烧发电厂之一,也是杭州新世纪能源环保在固废焚烧领域的里程碑式工程。作为上海市 “十三五” 十大重点工程,老港二期总投资约33.45 亿元,占地 278亩,2019年6月正式投运。项目配备8×850t/d 焚烧线,日处理生活垃圾6000余吨,年处理量约200万吨。烟气排放严于国标、全面达到欧盟标准,氮氧化物等关键指标控制在更优水平。
Phase II of Shanghai Laogang Renewable Energy Utilization Center, one of the world’s largest single-unit municipal solid waste incineration power plants, and a landmark project of Hangzhou New Century Energy & Environmental Protection in the solid waste incineration sector.As one of Shanghai’s top ten key projects during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Laogang Phase II involves a total investment of approximately 3.345 billion yuan, covering a land area of 278 mu. It was officially put into operation in June 2019. The project is equipped with 8×850t/d incineration lines, with a daily domestic waste treatment capacity of 6,000 tons and an annual throughput of around 2 million tons. Its flue gas emissions are stricter than national standards, fully complying with EU 2000 standards plus Shanghai’s most stringent local standards, with key indicators such as nitrogen oxides maintained at superior levels.

项目交付
本项目由杭州新世纪与日本三菱重工组成联合体中标,承担两大核心包件,主责余热锅炉与全套烟气净化系统,是项目稳定达标的关键力量。
This project was awarded to a consortium formed by Hangzhou New Century and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries of Japan. The consortium undertakes two core packages, taking primary responsibility for waste heat boilers and the complete flue gas cleaning system, serving as the core guarantee for the plant’s stable up-to-standard operation.
1. 大型余热锅炉成套供应
杭州新世纪为本项目提供8台850t/d级中温次高压余热锅炉,设备全程自主设计、制造与成套供货,换热效率稳定、运维便捷,完全适配超大吨位焚烧线长期连续运行需求,实现垃圾热能高效回收发电。
Hangzhou New Century supplied eight sets of medium-temperature sub-high pressure waste heat boilers matching the 850t/d incineration lines for this project. The equipment is independently designed, manufactured and fully delivered by our company. Featuring stable heat exchange efficiency and convenient operation & maintenance, the boilers fully meet the requirements of long-term continuous operation of super-large-capacity incineration lines and realize efficient recovery of waste heat from garbage for power generation.
2. 全套超净烟气净化系统集成
针对超大城市环保高标准要求,项目采用日本三菱的超低排放湿法洗涤技术。新世纪负责系统设计、关键设备供货、集成调试全流程,确保排放稳定达标,异味可控、不外溢。
To meet the stringent environmental standards required for megacities, the project adopts ultra-low emission wet scrubbing technology from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Japan.Hangzhou New Century takes charge of the full process including system design, supply of key equipment, system integration and commissioning, so as to guarantee steady up-to-standard emissions as well as controllable and non-diffusive odors.
3.焚烧炉排系统本土化落地服务
与三菱重工联合完成往复式机械炉排炉配套设计、本土化转化及现场技术服务,保障焚烧系统高效、稳定、可靠。
We cooperated with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to complete the supporting design, localized transformation and on-site technical services of reciprocating mechanical grate furnaces, ensuring high efficiency, stability and reliability of the incineration system.

3、项目年均发电约12亿千瓦时,将生活垃圾转化为清洁电能,实现固废减量化、无害化、资源化三重效益,有效降低城市碳排放,助力区域绿色低碳发展。
The project generates approximately 1.2 billion kWh of electricity annually. It converts domestic waste into clean electric power and achieves three major benefits of waste volume reduction, harmless treatment and resource utilization, effectively cutting urban carbon emissions and supporting the green and low-carbon development of the region.
