简要规则描述：项目位于浦东新区高桥镇，由于毛家浜等河道拓宽，现有2根10kV电杆、8根0.4kV电杆、2根10kV电缆及1根0.4kV电缆影响河道施工，现计划将影响河道施工的电力管道整体搬迁。主要包括电缆线路工程、架空线路工程、排管工程等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单/图纸。）

Brief Specification Description: The project is located in Gaoqiao Town, Pudong New Area. Due to the widening of the Maojiabang and other rivers, there are currently 2 10kV poles, 8 0.4kV poles, 2 10kV cables and 1 0.4kV cable affecting the river construction. Now, it is planned to relocate the power pipelines that affect the river construction as a whole. This mainly includes cable line projects, overhead line projects, and pipe installation projects, etc. (The specific quantities and requirements can be found in the bill of quantities/ drawings.)

3、拟派项目负责人具有机电工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；

4、业绩要求：无；

5、其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possessing the qualification of Class III or above for power engineering construction general contracting, and simultaneously holding a Class III or above license for installing (repairing, testing) power facilities issued by the National Energy Administration or its affiliated institutions; 2. Having a safety production license (valid within the validity period); 3. The project leader to be dispatched has the registered construction engineer qualification of Class II or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, possesses a valid safety production assessment qualification certificate, and has not been serving as the project leader of other ongoing construction projects; 4. Performance requirements: None; 5. Other requirements: None.
