简要规则描述：本项目主要是对惠南镇供销三村等小区内的8幢房屋进行屋面及相关设施改造，具体内容包括：屋面、墙面、共用部位、给排水系统及其设备整修，绿化补种及小区附属设施完善等。改造总建筑面积约7566.86平方米。阳台排水管具备接入排污系统条件的，需结合本工程一并实施。

Brief Specification Description: This project involves the renovation of the roofs and related facilities for eight residential buildings located within residential complexes, including Sancun Village in Huinan Town; the scope of work includes the repair of roofs, walls, common areas, water supply and drainage systems and their associated equipment, the replanting of greenery, and the improvement of ancillary facilities within the residential complexes. The total renovation area is approximately 7,566.86 square meters. Where balcony drainage pipes meet the requirements for connection to the sewage disposal system, such connections shall be implemented in conjunction with this project.

(c)本项目的特定资格要求： 2）具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质

3）拟派项目经理具备建筑工程专业注册建造师二级及其以上资格。
