简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途： 为防范江镇派出所辖区内重点道路违停现象，加强重点地区和重点领域管控，提高群防群治工作水平，加强综治基础建设，落实各项保障措施，拟在施湾新建路、建宜路、东亭路、晚霞路、物流大道等周边22个点位加装电子监控抓拍设备，故为此采购相关监控设备。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: To curb illegal parking on key roads within the jurisdiction of Jiangzhen Police Station, strengthen the management and control of key areas and sectors, enhance the level of mass prevention and governance, consolidate the foundation of comprehensive social governance, and implement various supporting measures, it is planned to install electronic monitoring and capture devices at 22 locations around Shiwan Xinjian Road, Jianyi Road, Dongting Road, Wanxia Road, Logistics Avenue and other roads. Relevant monitoring equipment is therefore to be procured for this purpose.

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
