Brief Specification Description: The plot extends east to the plot boundary, south to Xuanchun Road, west to Yuanzhong River, and north to Guofenggang, with a land area of .157 hectares. The construction content includes the demolition of residential land, roads, sites, industrial bases, revetments, and railings for land consolidation (for specific and requirements, please refer to the Bill of Quantities).

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本采购项目执行政府采购有关支持中小企业、节能产品及福利企业的政策规定。

(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）未被“信用中国”（）、中国政府采购网（）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；

（2）具有建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质；

（3）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；

（4）拟派项目负责人具有建筑工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书；

（5）专门面向中小企业。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Not listed as a dishonest judgment debtor, a major tax law-breaking dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on " China" () and the China Government Procurement Network (); (2) Possess the of general contracting for construction engineering of Grade III and above; (3) Possess a valid Work Safety License; (4) The proposed project manager shall hold the professional registration of a registered constructor in construction engineering of Grade II and above, and possess a valid Work Safety Assessment Certificate; (5) Specifically oriented towards small and medium-sized enterprises.
