（1）最大载重量不低于：13.6吨；
（2）最大铝卷宽度不低于：1828 mm；
（3）最大出杯通道不小于15outs（基于211*330ml罐型）；
（4）其他技术参数详见招标文件技术附件。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点： CIF 柬埔寨，西哈努克港
交货时间： 中标通知书发出之日起5.5个月内具备卖方工厂交货条件

（3）投标人应具有与招标设备相当的同类冲杯系统（冲杯机、卷料系统）设备的供货业绩，且所提供的同类设备在两片铝罐产线中有成功的投运实绩不少于3条；
（4）本项目不接受代理商投标。
