2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点： 上海市浦东新区浩宇路919号大飞机产业园
交货时间： 合同生效后，接买方书面通知3个月内交付

9. *对投标人的资格要求：
本项目所投制造商近5年须具有不少于3份与本项目招标范围同规格试验机的业绩。投标人须提供2020年1月1日至投标截止时间签订的包含本项目电子万能试验机制造商的至少3份与本次招标范围同规格试验机的合同扫描件作为证明材料，合同须体现签订时间、合同内容和双方签章页，否则将按无效证明材料处理。

The manufacturer bidding for the project must have 3 references of the supply of testing machines of the same specification required by the bidding scope of this project in the past 5 years. The bidder must provide at least 3 scanned copies of contracts signed between Jan 1, 2020 and the bid deadline, which include the manufacturer of the electronic universal testing machine for this project and cover testing machines of the same specification as the bidding scope of this project, as proof materials. The contracts must show the signing time, contract content, and the signed and sealed pages of both parties; otherwise, the proof materials will be deemed invalid.
