简要规则描述：地块总面积为197,519.71 ㎡，约296.28 亩，历史上主要作为居民住宅、农田和仓储等使用。按照国家和上海市相关地块土壤污染状况初步调查技术规范的要求，在地块内至少布设31个土壤监测点位、16个地下水监测点位、在地块外布设1个对照点。具体项目内容、采购范围及所应达到的具体要求以磋商文件相应规定为准。

Brief Specification Description: The total area of the plot is 197,519.71 ㎡, about 296.28 mu. Historically, it was mainly used as residential buildings, farmland and storage. In accordance with the requirements of the national and Shanghai technical specifications for the preliminary investigation of soil pollution in relevant plots, at least 31 soil monitoring points, 16 groundwater monitoring points, and 1 control point outside the plot are deployed. The specific project content, procurement scope and specific requirements to be met are subject to the corresponding provisions of the consultation document.
