简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为响应高标准推进“无废城市”建设，进一步规范和加强装修垃圾分拣残渣资源化利用、无害化处理，对装修垃圾分拣后剩余难以利用的废弃物，经过再次分选后产生的可以进入生活垃圾焚烧设施处理的可燃固体废弃物，确保装修垃圾规范处置。根据装修垃圾中转站实际情况，2026年约1.5万吨的残渣处置进入海滨资源再利用中心。

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In response to the high standards for advancing the construction of "Zero Waste City", to further standardize and strengthen the resource utilization and harmless treatment of residue from decoration garbage sorting, for the waste residues that are difficult to utilize after decoration garbage sorting, and the combustible solid waste that can be processed by municipal solid waste inceration facilities after secondary sorting, ensuring the standard disposal of decoration garbage. According to the actual situation of the decoration garbage transfer station, about 15,000 tons of residue disposal will enter the seaside resource reuse center in 2026.

合同履约期限： (1) Implement the measures of reserved share, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and preferential policies for small and micro: this project is (is) specially open to the procurement of small and medium-sized enterprises, and there is no price discount preference for small and micro enterprise products in the evaluation (2) Support the welfare institutions for the disabled, and treat them as small and micro enterprises;

(c)本项目的特定资格要求： 3、符合《关于对接国际高标准经贸规则推进试点地区政府采购改革的指导意见》（沪财采〔2024〕12号）第17条规定的供应商，不得参加本项目的采购活动。

4、本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 3. Suppliers that meet the requirements of Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on Docking with International High-Standard Economic and Trade and Promoting the Reform of Government Procurement in Pilot Zones (Shang Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed participate in the procurement activities of this project.
