（1）电火花毛化设备布置在自动区域内，其头架拨盘以及尾架、托架、托瓦等的调整均采用自动方式，同时托架的定位、锁紧均采用自动方式。
（2）毛化方式具备基于脉冲和电容模式下的8种毛化方式。
（3）毛化液中不能出现影响轧辊表面质量的其他物质，如石墨粉等。
（4）毛化作业时轧辊需浸没在绝缘油中。

2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点： 关境外：CIF上海港，关境内：宝山钢铁股份有限公司冷轧厂项目现场。
交货时间： 关境外：合同签订后 18个月内FOB 交货；关境内：合同签订后 18个月内。

(1) The EDT machine will be arranged in the automatic area. The adjustments of its headstock faceplate, tailstock, bracket and bearing shoes, as well as the positioning and locking of the headstock/tailstocks shall be automatic.
(2) Eight (8) texturing methods of pulse- and capacitor-based modes shall be available.
(3) The texturing fluid shall not contain substances that may affect the roll surface quality, such as graphite powder.
