简要规则描述：本项目建设地点位为：老港镇，北至上飞路，南至堤韵路，西至老港固废基地，东至老港镇与祝桥镇村界，实施面积988.06亩(具体以实测为准)。建设内容为间伐(生长伐、卫生伐)、苗木补植、割灌除草等。主要间伐树种包括：池杉、落羽杉、榉树等。主要补植树种包括:香樟、乌柏、青冈栎等。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）

Brief Specification Description: The construction site of this project is: Laogang Town, north to Shangfei Road, south to Diyun Road, west to Laogang Solid Waste Base, and east to the village boundary of Laogang Town and Zhuqiao Town, with an implementation area of 988.06 mu (subject to actual measurement). The construction contents include thinning (growth cutting, sanitary cutting), replanting of seedlings, cutting, irrigation and weeding. The main thinning tree species include Taxodium ascendens, Taxodium ascendens and Zelkova schneideriana. The main replanting species include: Cinnamomum camphora, Ubuntu, Cyclobalanopsis glauca, etc. (See the bill of quantities and drawings for specific quantities and requirements. )

合同履约期限：工期要求：施工工期160日历天（计划开工日期：2026年06月24日）

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；
