2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

Other qualification requirements: 3.1 Suppliers who have been registered and included in the database according to the "Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Supplier Registration and Integrity Management Measures". 3.2 Suppliers holding the "Enterprise Legal Person Business License", "Tax Registration Certificate", and "Organizational Code Certificate", and not prohibited from participating in government bidding activities by the relevant authorities. 3.3 Suppliers have no vested interest relationship with the procuring entity, other potential suppliers, and other related units of this project. Suppliers with the same legal representative or those with direct control or management relationship shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract. 3.4 This procurement does not accept joint bids. 3.5 This project is only for procurement by various suppliers, including medium-sized, small-sized, and micro-sized ones.
